Kindling is a useful tool to start a hassle free fire whether you have a gas starter or not.  It's especially useful when burning 3/4 seasoned wood.

It's recommended to start fire by placing a large handful of kindling under logs on log holder.  Start gas starter or place fire starter under log holder.  Stay warm and cozy next to a nice fire.
